Check vehicle history, timing belt replacement interval, damage to bodywork, lamps and trims, fit protective covers, condition and operation of all seats belts, interior and exterior lights, ABS and Air Bag warning lights, air conditioning operation, including odours, windscreen washers and wipers, check horn, operation of suspension and dampers, lubricate door hinges, locks and bonnet catches, apply treatment to remove internal contamination, check fuel cap.

Check cooling system incuding fan, and record anti-freeze protection, record brake fluid, auxiliary drive belts, engine breather system, vacuum pipes, power steering operation and fluids, throttle body, battery levels, top up all fluids, replace air filter, replace spark plugs, replace fuel filter, pollen filter.

Vehicle Raised

Change oil, filter and new new-sump plug-washer, fuel lines and brake pipes, condition and security of exhaust, axle and transfer box oil levels, gear box oil, steering and suspension joints, mountings or gaitors, tyre reports, wheel bearings, CV gaitors and joints, clutch cable and cylinder, grease all greasing points, front brakes, rear brakes and handbrakes, plus brake report.

Vehicle Lowered

Refill engine with specified grade oil, torque wheel nuts/studs.

To Finish

Road test vehicle and report findings, re-check engine oil levels, emission report, reset service interval indicator, ensure upholstery, gear lever, steering where are clean, stamp service book.
